This website, owned by Simon Light Reiki by Simon John Light - Reiki Operator and Teacher, data controller (art. 4, paragraph 7, GDPR: "the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data") pursuant to and for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") pursuant to and for the purposes of the GDPR, uses the cookies and similar technologies. This information provides information on how cookies are used and how they can be controlled by the user. These tools will be used in conjunction with other information that Farmacia Santa Rita holds in its archives (art. 4, paragraph 6, GDPR: "any structured set of personal data accessible according to specific criteria, regardless of whether this set is centralized, decentralized or distributed in a functional or geographical way"), collected directly or indirectly, and which allow personalization of promotional communications and services to your interests and preferences.

This information on cookies and their management methods have been adopted in implementation of the Cookie Guidelines and other tracking systems of 10 June 2021, issued by the Guarantor.

The use of this website implies acceptance by the user of the use of cookies (and similar technologies) in accordance with the information provided in this document and the user's choices.

What are cookies

Cookies are information saved on the hard disk of the user's terminal and which are sent by the user's browser to a Web server and which refer to the use of the network. Consequently, they allow you to know the services, the sites visited and the options that have been displayed while surfing the net. In other words, cookies are small files, containing letters and numbers, which are downloaded to the user's computer or mobile device when a website is visited. Cookies are then re-sent to the original site on each subsequent visit, or on a other website that recognizes these cookies. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize the user's device.

Therefore, this information is not supplied spontaneously and directly, but leaves a trace of the user's browsing on the net.

How cookies are used by this site

The following table summarizes how this site and third parties use cookies. These uses include the use of cookies to:

Our servers automatically collect your IP address. This information is collected only to keep track of the acceptance or otherwise of the installation of cookies when accessing the site.

Closing the banner

If the user chooses to close the banner using the button with the "X" at the top right, the default settings will be maintained which do not allow the use of cookies or other tracking tools other than technicians. Basically, the user will not be subject to profiling.

Previously set cookies

If the user has disabled one or more cookies, we will still be able to use the information collected before such disabling was carried out through the preferences. However, from that moment on, we will stop using the disabled cookies to collect further information.

Other useful information

At any time, the user has the possibility to modify his choices with respect to cookies, by accessing the link cookie policy, located in the footer bar of the web page. The cookie banner will no longer be shown to the user on subsequent visits to the site provided that:
